Introducing Freegal, a free source of DRM-free music available for you to download! The service draws from Sony Music's extensive catalog of albums and artists.

At this time, patrons are limited to three (3) downloads per week and the library is limited to sixty (60) downloads each week. These downloads are not check-outs. Whatever you download is free for you to keep, forever! You will need a valid Fountaindale Public Library card and PIN number (usually the last four digits of your library card number, unless you have changed it) to access the database. Freegal joins Overdrive and NetLibrary as sources for patrons to download e-content through the library website. Overdrive and NetLibrary are large databases of audio- and e-books availabe for download to computers and/or dedicated e-content readers like the Barnes & Noble Nook or the Sony e-Reader.
