200 Jobs Coming to Bolingbrook with $10.2M Memory Care Center
The center is set to open during the third quarter of 2013.
An innovative, cutting-edge memory care community serving families living with Alzheimer’s and dementia is coming to Bolingbrook, according to a release.
The LaSalle Group is announcing its plan to build a 26,000-square-foot, $10.2 million memory care assisted living community. The center will be located at 351 Lily Cache Lane.
The Autumn Leaves of Bolingbrook community will serve residents living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. The project is the result of a partnership with The LaSalle Group, RT Partners and local lender, BMO Harris Bank.
This is the sixth memory care community The LaSalle Group has brought to the Chicagoland area. According to the Alzheimer’s Association, 1 in 8 Americans age 65 and older has Alzheimer’s.
“Even during the more challenging financial markets, the financial institutions understand the need for the care we offer,” said Brenda Brantley, Chief Financial Officer, The LaSalle Group.
“With the help of local banks, we have been able to expand in the Chicagoland area, and serve more families struggling with caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s or dementia. The local community needs our high level of services, and we are excited to bring it our family approach to memory care.”
The project will create about 200 jobs, from construction to operations.
“We know there is a true demand for this type of specialized care from our expert staff,” said Jason Dupont, Director of Finance, The LaSalle Group. “We are grateful for the support from local Village of Bolingbrook officials. Our partnership with them will allow us to be a successful part of Bolingbrook.”
The community is expected to open during the third quarter of 2013.
