So? looks like some of his family doesn't want to be involved with him. They might think he is guilty as sin.

I am surprised that his boys in blue are not on the list, I thought all cops stick together no matter what, or are they afraid to be connected to him??

Hi Bob. Just out of curiosity, where did you see or get the impression that he had a large group of "boys in blue" rallying around him? I've never seen one quote from anyone that has said something positive about him in the media, whether it's the "boys in blue," his family, friends, and/or co-workers. Well, unless you want to count the guy who spews about him on here (and has various aliases), Tom Selleck/John Moreli/Francis Regan. He seems to be the only one.

Rather, what it looks like happened here is Kathleen Savio's death wasn't investigated properly and was handled in great part by a group of inept investigators. Ones that weren't very knowledgeable in handling death scenes. I mean, what kind of CSI doesn't even collect specimens or surrounding evidence to use in the event the victim was murdered by a possible intruder, if not her husband? Oh, and it didn't stop there with the initial responders. The inquest was a sham too.

Don't know what you do for a living, but, hopefully, you are not a football coach, because we all "know" that they all stick together to protect pedophiles. Right?

Christina Raines visited Peterson as late as July 1. What's there to add to that? His own family stays away and doesn't visit him, but the idiot that claims the engagement was all a media stunt comes around. Why is that?

This is probably the most irrelevant piece of information I've seen.

None of this is anybody's business, and to post this information in the midst of the trial, or for that matter, at any other time, is reprehensible, at the least. I would think that all visitors deserve the right of privacy, and probably believe they had it, and the presumed innocent visitee also deserves that right. I thought better of you, Joe.

Why isn't Stacy Peterson's name on that list? He claims that he would ask her for a divorce if he saw her again, wouldn't he want to make it easy to get what he wants and allow her to visit?

Drew knows Stacy is in a blue barrel, no need to put her on the list.

I totally agree with that. I wish we could find that barrel and let her children know she would have never left them and let these children move on.

Its not a barrel, its a blue flight case with silver handles. The blue "container" was referred to as a barrel, but it is actually a blue electronics case used by repairmen and musicians, a large one. There is a picture of it here http://www.acandyrose.com/Stacy_Peterson_File-150-container2.jpg

Cathy where would that blue barrel be, even if there is one out there?

How come Drew and his legal team can't find the pilot of the plane that they say Stacy took from Clow to go on vacation?

There really aren't that many planes that fly in and out of Clow. Last time I was there, there wasn't a ticket counter that you could go to and buy a plane ticket.

Speaking of this blue case. I thought he tried getting it on a truck but the truck driver refused. If that were true why isn't the truck driver called as a witness for the trial? I heard rumors that the blue case may be buried under InterState 55 when it was under construction. Peterson knows how to conceal evidence he's an expert at it.

Francis M. Regan

Tom why do you need a ticket counter at Clow? Planes can come and go as they please. Anything short of a lear jet or a small gulf stream could land there.

So where is the pilot? Drew had her followed and traced her phone calls so it should have been pretty easy for his legal team to come up with some proof to support their theory.

Why would an "innocent" man need 8 attorneys?

Exactly! If he's found "innocent" he will be financially broke. Which is worse than death, for money hungry Drew Peterson. I hope, when he meets his fate, it's a horrible fate indeed. If the grim reaper came and asked me for some suggestions I've got a few scenario's already. Drew Peterson is a sociopathic murderer.

My point is if a SA is supposed to be so qualified they should only need two the most.

I understand that. My point is if a defendant is innocent and the prosecution has no case (as I understand some people belive), it shouldn't take 8 attorneys to prove innocence.....assuming they are qualified. Maybe two at the most, right?!

What? May I ask does being qualified have to do with the number of lawyer's are in the court room? Seriously! The SA often has multiple attorney's to aid for many thing's pertaining to the case. There's normally 2 leads and the other's handle visual aids etc., Why is this such a big deal?

Arrows pointing are one thing , but show me more than just hearsay evidence! I'm not a fan of hearsay. Never said Drew is either guilty or innocent .Did the State Police locate Drews ASP and test it for blood, hair or tissue! Take it apart by removIng the threaded butt cap and examine the hell out of it! Does he still have it, it's Dept.issued!

This guy has a lot of arrows pointing in the direction that he is guilty. I do realize that some of those "arrows" may be circumstantial evidence and does not mean he is guilty.

FRANCES REAGAN-Are you even considering this guy is guilty? You keep making all these points and you certainly sound like you believe he is innocent!

Its awfully strange that Stacy Petersons name is on the defense's list as a potential witness but yet she's not on the list of people who can visit him in jail? You would think she would have been at the top of his list, that way in the unlikely event that she were alive Drew would have an opportunity to "refresh her memory" as to what she's to testify to in court concerning his whereabouts and the events of his activities with the children the weekend Kathleen died!

You know, absolutely! I think in the defense team's utter immoral disgrace of two the deceased victims has failed miserably. They lack in good use of moral judgement. Dis-Tasteful is an under statement. Drew Peterson and his attorney's will make a fatal mistake. GUILTY! on all charges

Drew's personality is overly jocular so lawyers would prudently advise few visits from persons who knew of his wives Remember how damning the Casey Anthony tapes of her visits were as well as the earliest phone calls when Caylee was supposed to be missing. Prison days drag so the incarcerated has a much greater distance from events than others do seeming an irreverent psychopath. He may have many more phone calls or letters that are limited in no body language regarding damage to image. If Drew chose to be rid of his wives he'd have orchestrated such by far more silent surrepticious means, nothing like the ridiculous distorted heresay case that has been used by the prosecution. That case is a travesty of any legal process, especially since the wives were unstable enough to readily fall into danger with either a little help or a lot of from Drew. A restless Stacey could be easy pickings for a sadistic fetish type if informed of her gulible availability. She may have ended in someones private snuff movie or still be someones pet shackled in their basement. If Savio looked like a possible accident or had a rough one night stand to save her children from embarresment the cops could settle for leaving it as an accident. Drew would not leave as messy a scence for a bath drowning to be the party that dealt with Savio that night. It's not out of the question that Drew could have links to a person who did anything to Savio if parts of the second autopsy have creditability in parts

The Casey Anthony jurors were backwoods hicks who had never had any other meal than a cheeseburger happy meal from McDonald's. They were more interested in "lunch" than a dead child..Let alone, who murdered the child. Food was more important. To them, apparently a child can be replaced, but a filet mignon with a side of horseradish sounds just YUMMY!!! to care about anything else. Sickening

+It may be circumstantial evidence but there is so much of it and it all fits together like a puzzle, with so much of it,all that needs to be done is to,use common sense........guilty as hell!
