Bolingbrook Man Charged with Child Pornography

A Bolingbrook man was indicted Thursday on five counts of possession of child pornography, according to the Bolingbrook Reporter.

James Vollmar, 31, of the 100 block of Balmoral Drive, was arrested Jan. 24 following a three-month joint investigation by the State’s Attorney's High Technology Computer Crimes Unit, the Bolingbrook Police Department and the US Secret Service Computer Forensic Unit. Detectives seized Vollmar's computer following his arrest.
Vollmar's bond was set at $500,000 Thursday. His next court date is Feb. 15.
