Brooks Middle School finished fourth and Jane Addams Middle School took tenth in the Illinois Elementary School Association’s Small Team State Cheer Championships at the Peoria Civic Center Saturday.

Brooks team members include Alexia Ainoo, Allison Hix, Alyssa Kuncan, Kiarra Martin, Tianna McClain, Alexis McIntosh, Desyre Miller, Jasmine Owens, Emily Pecelunas, Kayla Perry, Mary Peyton, Emily Romero, Desma Short, Cayleh Smith and Nakia Smith. They are coached by Molly DeSerf.                

Jane Addams’ team includes Breanna Bowman, Jocelyn A. Flores, Brittaney Godfrey, Micheala Drabes, Melissa Mendoza, Kelly Musial, Jade Stevenson, Emily Stockman, Alyssa Arroyo, Grace Beyler, Taylor McClinton, and Alexis Parades. They are coached by Sara Colombo and Theresa Tinsley.                

Bradley Central won the title with Shelbyville Moulton and Jacksonville Turner finishing second and third.
