Police Blotter: Slashed Tires, DUI, Tools Stolen

Sunday, April 22

Items stolen from home

An air gun, drill, sockets and various tools, together valued at $3,000, were stolen from a home between April 21 and April 22 in the 300 block of Idlewood Drive.

Man nets theft charge

Robert Berry, 37, 1206 Quail Run, was charged with theft at 7 p.m. in the 300 block of West Briarcliff Road.

DUI

Jaclyn Prado, 29, 1932 Elmwood Drive, Berwyn, was charged with improper lane usage and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol at 4:30 a.m. following a traffic stop at Bolingbrook Drive and Rockhurst Road.

Battery

Cornelius Brown, 38, 481 Larkspur Drive, was charged with a battery and an in-state warrant at 10:27 p.m. following a traffic stop in the 100 block of South Bolingbrook Drive.

Vehicle tires slashed

Someone slashed all four tires on a vehicle between April 21 and April 22 in the 400 block of Rockhurst Road.

GPS stolen

A GPS unit was taken from a vehicle between 8:30 and 8:40 p.m. in the 700 block of Bluestem Drive.
