SLEEP. sleep in.

Don't plan too much -

when you hit a wall start asking everyone, your doctor, the internet, etc.

don't kill yourself making everything perfect. Your baby is not going to have a bad life if he cries a little

1. Limit, limit, limit television. You're not bringing a child into this world to let them sit in front of a tv. No tv in a child's room either.
2. Children will survive and still be happy even if you don't give them everything. They will better learn to appreciate what they have.
3. It takes time and energy, but feed them and teach them to eat healthy - limit fast food and junk food. Fat children are not healthy children.
