Lets face the facts. Section 8 is a rent voucher program that allows you to find a house, townhouse or apartment of your choice and use the voucher to pay for all or part of the rent.  is going down hill, and we are catching speed. 

Some blame "Section 8 Scum" but the truth is, they are people just we are. You call them "Scum" I call them by name. No one is guilty of anything until proven so and, it is very uncouth for generalizations to be made about anyone. There are more than just your regular suspects these days. You've got to keep an eye out. 

Crime in this area is no different than crime in another. We have DUI's and shoplifters. What keeps us different? Our people. We stop the cycle of crime before it starts. That's why groups like H2O are so important to the community. They are they are there to mentor high schoolers and keep them off the streets - by choice and, it works. 

Please stop blaming the people who have done nothing. Instead help the little ones who don't know the difference. 

Maybe then we'll see a change.
