The ever-so-popular Farmers’ Market is returning to the Promenade Bolingbrook on Thursdays, from June 6 through Aug. 29 from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. this summer and Sept. 5 through Oct. 3 from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. this fall. The Bolingbrook Area Chamber of Commerce Women in Business group is hosting a Dress for Success luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant. The event is $25 for chamber members and $35 for future members. The event will feature the new, summer menu at Gordon Biersch and fashions from Coldwater Creek who will assist professional women to go from business attire to evening apparel in a snap. On June 19, from 12:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Bolingbrook Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting the first annual spa day in conjunction with its golf extravaganza.
