Bolingbrook Tornado Siren Failure!!!

I'm carrying this topic over from the "Speak Out" board. See the topic over there for comments. I'm trying to spread the word. Basically, Bolingbrook failed to sound tornado sirens last night and I want to know why and who dropped the ball.
