Hope for Haiyan FUNDRAISER Dec. 12, 2012 - OPEN TO PULIC

Area residents, civic leaders and not for profit groups are stepping up and helping with the relief efforts for those who have who have been devastated by recent storms including Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines that killed at least 3,974 people and left 1,186 missing and in Illinois were hundreds of homes were destroyed and communities devastated by tornadoes.

The Bolingbrook Rotary Club along with the Village of Bolingbrook, The Bolingbrook Golf Course, Kiwanis Clubs of Bolingbrook and Romeoville, and Hope for Haiyan - Southwest Suburbs, and Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital encourages you to join the efforts on Thursday, Dec. 12, 2013 from 7-9 p.m. at the Bolingbrook Golf Club where a host of fundraising opportunities will be available to help those in need.

The event is expected to raise at least $10,000.00 and all funds will support those devastated by the storms. This special evening will include:

· Food: Ashbury's, Chick-fil-a, Gordon Biersch, and Nancy's Pizza and more!
· DJ and Ethnic Entertainment
· Raffles and a Silent Auction
· 50-50
· Cash Bar

The event is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.  Advanced response is appreciated.

Tickets are $25.00 per person in advance on website noted. One hundred percent of the proceeds will be donated for relief efforts.

Corporate Sponsorships and recognition during the event is only $500.00. To date Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital, Kiwanis, and 12five Capital have pledged $500.00 sponsorships.

Deductions to this event will fall under the Bolingbrook Rotary Clubs 501 (c) (3) IRS tax exempt status. Please ask for our IRS Tax ID number if you need it for accounting purposes.
