Local Resident Helps LifeSource Collect Food, Funds for Area Pantries

Bolingbrook resident Andrew McElroy (second from left) joins his fellow LifeSource colleagues as they pose with some of the food donated by blood donors to Northern Illinois Food Bank and the Greater Chicago Food Depository. The donation was part of LifeSource’s "Triple Your Giving" promotion that asked blood donors to bring non-perishable food items when they visited area donor centers. Along with the food, LifeSource donated $1,400 to each organization.
