unfair

American water excavated in front of my house a few months ago. I was told by there employees that they were going to lay sod down.  Instead about three months later or more, they brought this straw stuff and told me it is now my responsibility to water it 2/4 hours a day for at least 2 weeks.  The spicket on the outside of my house does not work. Called and they told me it was my problem maybe I should call the town of bolingbrook seeing it is a Parkway.  Bolingbrook water works told me they could not and would not do anything for me.  I don't think it's fair that they can destroy your property and leave it looking like Crap and then it is your responsibility to make make it right.  The leak is not even fixed so they are Gunna have to come and dig everything up again in a few months and again it will be my responsibility to clean up.  How is this fair???
