Romeoville Church Hosts Motorcycle Blessing
Motorcycle Sunday is May 18 at The Sanctuary church.
A Romeoville church will host a barbecue and bike blessing this Sunday, May 18.
The event, which coincides with Motorcycle Awareness Month, begins with an 11 a.m. service at The Sanctuary, 1251 Windham Parkway.
Pastor Ronn Smith said a barbecue and motorcycle will follow at 12:15 p.m. at the church, which recently moved to its new space in Romeoville after 12 years at Bolingbrook High School.
"Anybody and everybody is welcome," Smith said.
The event will include live music, a cookout and a pig roast.
