The Bolingbrook Hospital Foundation has named two new members – Amy King, campus president for Rasmussen College, and Dr. Angela Y. Bond – to its Board of Directors.

“Ms. King's expertise as a community leader and volunteer will be an asset to our board," said Derek Cazeau, executive director of the Bolingbrook HospitalFoundation. “And Dr. Bond’s knowledge of our hospital and its mission will prove invaluable.”

A Plainfield resident, King joined Rasmussen in early 2009, initially to facilitate the expansion of Rasmussen’s campus into Romeoville. That campus has since developed a partnership with the Romeoville Fire Academy to launch a Fire Science Associates program. King is also a member of Zonta Club of Joliet.

An Aurora resident, Bond is in practice with Bolingbrook Family Medicine and is affiliated with Adventist Health Partners, the medical group of Adventist Midwest Health. She completed her medical degree at the Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in 2007.
