Zoppé Family Circus Delights at Oak Fest

See what the family circus has to offer.

A family of circus performers is entertain crowds inside their intimate, 500-person circus to Oak Fest this week.

The Zoppé Family Circus has been an old-world, Italian style tradition since 1842. The story centers around a clown named "Nino." Giovanni Zoppé, the sixth-generation circus performer who plays Nino, said the show aims higher than what passes for circuses these days.

The show feature acrobats, cute, but well-trained animals, lots of clowning around and fun with the audience.

The Patch was there to check out all the action. Look through our photo gallery to see the Zoppe Family in action.
