Community Update

Despite having an agreed schedule, my therapist took another patient instead of me and then missed two more scheduled appointments. ATI knew she wouldn't be available but didn't think it important to tell the patient who had heart surgery scheduled in two weeks that they were giving him a poor replacement. Obviously, I went to a new company on very short notice. ATI customer service was totally ineffective to solve the problem and their representative wouldn't even sign her last name to her letter.
