It's that time of year again when summer starts winding down and kids and parents alike gear up for a new school year. Below, Patch has provided a list of important information to make the back to school transition a smooth one.
Things to know about Valley View School District for 2013
- First full day of school (K-12) is Friday, Aug. 16
- District calendar for 2013-14
- Enrollment office is open from 7:30 to 5 p.m. at the district administration center, 755 Dalhart Ave.
- School supply lists
- Health requirements (immunizations, dental exams)
School fee information
- Fees were due on day of registration; fees must be paid before any additional or option class fees are applied
- Required fees for 2013-14
School lunches/breakfasts
- Add money to your child's "My Lunch Money" account
- School lunch menus
- Free- and reduced-meal applications
