How important is price to the sale of your home? 

Realtors know that three factors influence the sale of your home.  These are condition, location, and price.  What realtors don't usually tell you is that of these three, price is #1.

A home in good condition will sell quicker and for more money than a home in poor condition.  The more work a buyer must do to move in, the longer it will take to sell the house, and the less money a buyer will pay.

A home in a great location will sell quicker and for more money than a home in poor location.  You can't change the location.  But a great location without a great price will not sell the house. 

Neither condition or location will sell any house.  Only the right price will do that.
