"Techniques will be taught on .... circumcision," You mean like the Gomco clamp, which crushes the foreskin while it is cut off? the Accu-circ, which chops it off? The Plastibell, in which it is crushed and allowed to die? Or the Mogen clamp, in which it is crushed flat while it is cut off, and sometimes the head of the penis is crushed and cut too, resulting in the Mogen company losing several lawwuits worth milions and going out of business? Those techniques? Maybe Adventist moms should be reminded that the first coming of Jesus abolished any need for circumcision - in fact St Paul said "...if you become circumcised, Christ is of no value to you." (Gal 5:2) Nor is it necessary for health, and an intact baby, unlike a circumcised one, needs no special techniques for cleaning.
