Chick-Fil-A Offers Bolingbrook Celebration Supports Kiwanis Club of Bolingbrook and Romeoville

Chick fil A at Bolingbrook has chosen Kiwanis Club of Bolingbrook & Romeoville as the benefiting non-profit for its anniversary celebration later this month. The event will take place 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., Sept. 21. In addition to the planned anniversary, the business will be giving away dinner for four when they reach 500 fans on Facebook. • The Elite Marshal Arts group will perform at The Promenade Bolingbrook Farmers' Market at 6 p.m. Thursday. The market runs from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. In addition, the Bolingbrook Area Chamber of Commerce Oktoberfest is begins at 5 p.m. Thursday at The Promenade. The event is free and open to the public.
• Power Connection is selling toys and housewares at 50% off on Thursday as they turn the store over from summer to fall/winter.
