Bolingbrook Hospital Foundation Raises More Than $55,000 at Golf Event

Hospital officials said the event helped raise financial resources to support health services and increase awareness of the community resources available.

More than 130 golfers and 25 additional lunch guests helped raise more than $55,000 for at the second annual Bolingbrook Hospital Foundation golf outing.

“We are so grateful for the investment that our partners in philanthropy made to the success of this year’s event,” said Derek Cazeau, executive director of the Bolingbrook Hospital Foundation. “In addition to raising financial resources to support our health services, we were able to increase awareness of the community resources available at Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital.”

The golf outing was held May 23 at .

The Bolingbrook Hospital Foundation raises funds to advance Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital’s mission of extending the healing ministry of Christ. Proceeds from the outing benefit the area of greatest need at the hospital.

In addition to golf, the event was filled with food, activities, and a silent auction.

The foundation would like to thank the dedicated event chair, Bob Jaskiewicz, and the rest of the golf committee: Tom Castagnoli, Ron Hawkins, Kris Kuchler, Herman McKenzie, Michael Murrill, John O’Driscoll, Craig Parker, Cesar Pinzon, Jr., Keith Plywaczynski, Dr. James Rejowski, Donna Scherner, and Patrick Wallace, and lead sponsor Peak Construction.
