Buona Beef to Open Bolingbrook Location in September
The popular Italian beef restaurant is slated to open Sept. 14 at 303 S. Weber Rd.
Move over , you're no longer the only Italian beef game in town.
Buona Beef plans on opening its Bolingbrook location at 303 S. Weber Rd. (the site of the old Krispy Kreme) Sept. 14.

Buona in Bolingbrook is scheduled to open in September of 2011 and will serving our signature Chicago Style Italian Beef Sandwiches, Pizza and offering Catering to Bolingbrook, Naperville, Plainfield and Romeoville. The Buonavolanto family opened the first Buona Beef in Berwyn, Il. Originating with family recipes imported from Naples, Italy then perfected in the old Italian neighborhood of Chicago. BUONA now offers our famous Italian Beefs, Neapolitan Thin Crust Pizzas and Catering to 14 convenient locations throughout Chicago's West, South, Southwest and Northwest Suburbs.

Mayor Roger Claar said the Krispy Kreme building had been long vacant because of the property's prime location and asking price.
