Ok, this was the SCARECROW Festival right? Why did you not take more pictures of scarecrows?

No need to get all capitalized. If you look back, the photos and video I shot from Thursday through Sunday include scarecrow photos. But the people are the real story at any festival. So, without ignoring the scarecrows, I focused on the people. I'm having technical difficulties with that -- the PDF document listing the winners is rotated 90 degrees, and I cannot read it to transcribe it.
