Two New Restaurants to Open in Bolingbrook

Two new restaurants will soon open in Bolingbrook: Penn Station East Coast Subs and The Beer Market. 

Penn Station East Coast Subs hopes to open its Bolingbrook location April 9. The Beer Market has not released an opening date yet. 

The Beer Market 

The Beer Market will open in the Promenade Bolingbrook at 631 East Boughton Rd. Suite 570, between Lenscrafters and Yankee Candle. The restaurant also has locations in Vernon Hills and Schaumburg. 

The restaurant will be open from 11 a.m. to midnight every night except Friday, when it will be open until 2 a.m. 

The Beer Market offers more than 500 beers, drafts, beer flights, mixed drafts, wine and other beverages, according to its website. 

"Whether you like a full-bodied porter, a creamy stout, a crisp or bitter ale, a light lambic, a hearty wheat, a flavorful cider, a tasty organic, or a glorious gluten free brew, The Beer Market is the place where you can experiment with all of these flavors and everything in between," the restaurant said.

Penn Station East Coast Subs 

Penn Station will open at 282 S. Weber Rd. The restaurants offers grilled and cold subs, such as Philadelphia Cheesesteak, reuben and chicken parmesan.

Penn Station only has 11 locations in Illinois. The closest to Bolingbrook is in Lombard at 801 E. Butterfield Rd. Other locations are in Gurnee and Grayslake.
