Fast Facts: Bolingbrook features four scorers in double figures thus far this season, led by Moore at 15 points per game. Nixon adds 14 points per game, while Guyton and Williams are each tallying 11 points. Bolingbrook coach Rob Brost said that his team has been playing well at times, but have been inconsistent. Moore, a 6-foot-7 forward, is one of two Chicago-area recruits plucked by legendary coach Larry Brown at SMU (Proviso East’s Sterling Brown is the other). Nixon is starring for the Raiders as a sophomore. The bench is also loaded with non-seniors, meaning they should be set up for success after Moore departs. H-F was unbeaten as it rolled into the quarterfinals of the prestigious Proviso West Tournament, only to drop its final two games to Oswego and Benet to fall out of the fifth-place bracket. The Vikings are loaded in the front court, led by Wofford-Humphrey (6-foot-9) and Odiase (6-foot-8) and eight other players 6-foot-3 or above. Hill was the standout performer for the Vikings at Proviso West.

Quotable: “Homewood-Flossmoor is a tough match-up for any team,” Brost said. “They are long and athletic and very well-coached.”
