Community Update

Brought my wife's car there for a complete detail - $150 when I clled to make the appointment I was told if I dropped it off at 8 it would be done by 2-2:30. They would call me when ready. At about 3:45 I called them because I didn't hear from them. I was told by "Rich" who is a complete jerk, that it wasn't ready, still being waxed. I asked why it took so long and he said they got busy doing full service car washed and had to quit working on my car as they didn't have enough staff. I told them that wasn't acceptable and that I needed to be at my son's baseball game at 4:30. He said oh well, not much he could do about it. I asked who is boss was and told me the owner, Todd Domark. Asked to speak to him, and was told he wasn't there. I asked for his contact informatino and was told he couldn't give that to me. My ride there had to leave around 4:15 to meet his family. He dropped me off at Domark's at 4:30 I stood around and waited for the car until 5:20. When it came time to pay, Rich looked at me and said that would be $150 I again demanded to meet or speak with the owner and when I requested rich find him he told me "nope". I then asked for help from Jeff, who did look for Todd for about a minute but then said he wasn't there, which is a lie as I saw the owner there while waiting for my car. I asked for his contact info again and was told sorry, can't give that out. I asked for adiscount and was told the best they could do was $20. Here's the kicker - on my way out, Rich and another greaser were pointing and laughing and then flipped me off as I drove away. Read their summary above - a family owned car wash that prides itslef on customer service - yea right. I was a loyal customer of theirs - brought all 3 of my cars there at least once per year for complete details not to mention oil changes. I recommended them to my friends and bought gift cards for guys inthe office. Not Anymore. Do yourslef a favor and go someone else. They're good, but when they make a mistake they don't own up to it and leave you hanging, not to mentioninsult you as you walkaway. Todd, if you read this, you need to call me to make this right. I see you all the time at lifetime fitness so I know who you are. Very poor service. You need to fire Rich and his croonies and get some professinoal people before you're out of business.
