Bolingbrook Police Blotter: DUI, Resisting a Peace Officer Arrests

Jose A. Rodriguez, 38, 234 Kenilworth, Bolingbrook, was booked by Will County Sheriff’s police on charges of aggravated DUI/3—a felony—and a local traffic violation on Sept. 9, 2013. He was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility. His bond was set at $5,000.

Aug. 30: Bolingbrook police reported a catalytic converter was cut from a vehicle parked on the 100 block of Jeffrey Lane between Aug. 27-30.

Aug. 30: Bolingbrook officers were called to the 300 block of Lakeview Circle for the report of criminal trespass to vehicles. Two unlocked vehicles were rummaged through between Aug. 29-30. Nothing appeared to have been taken.

Aug. 30: Jeremiah Taylor, 24, 4 Snead Court, was charged with resisting a peace officer after running from officers on the 200 block of S. Weber Road at 7:28 p.m.

Aug. 30: Officers were called to Clow International Airport, 130 Clow International Drive, for the report of criminal trespass to property. Several hangar doors were pried open between Aug. 25-29. Nothing appeared to have been taken.

Aug. 30: A laptop was taken from a vehicle parked on Marywood Lane between 7-7:30 p.m. Loss valued at $1,500.

Aug. 30: Raven Grady, 18, 11 Marywood Lane, was charged with hit & run and improper lane change on the 300 block of W. Briarcliff Road at 2:02 p.m.

Aug. 31: A window was broken to a vehicle parked in a driveway on the 700 block of Rebecca Lane between 9:45-10:38 p.m.

Aug. 31: Officers were called to Costco, 830 E. Boughton Road, for the report of a retail theft at 12:45. Suspect swapped out two bottles of liquor for a lesser priced box.

Aug. 31: Officers responded to the 500 block of Remington Blvd. for the report of an aggravated battery. Suspect punched the victim several times in the face at 11:30 p.m.

Aug. 31: A stereo was taken from a vehicle on the 400 block of Greentree Lane between Aug. 30-31.

Sept. 1: Timothy Bradshaw, 49, 508 Falmore Lane, was charged with improper turn at an intersection and two counts of DUI following a traffic stop at Concord Lane and Route 53 at 12:06 a.m.
