DUI, Criminal Trespass Crimes: 23-Year-Old Nimmer Nabbed by Police
Also, two women were charged following an early-morning incident in the 500 block of North Janes Avenue and a GPS unit was swiped on the 100 block of S. Joliet Road, according to Bolingbrook Police Department records.
The following property damage/theft and traffic incidents were reported to the Bolingbrook Police Department:
Sept. 2: Daniel Nimmer, 23, 417 Liberty Lane, was charged with driving too fast for conditions and two counts of DUI following a traffic stop at Liberty Drive & Liberty Court at 2:24 a.m.
Sept. 2: Angela Rutherford, 24, 412 Nassau Drive, was charged with resisting a peace officer and Cheruan Young, 25, 4048 W. Washington Blvd., Chicago, was charged with criminal trespass to property and disorderly conduct following a call to a business on the 500 block of N. Janes Ave. at 1:37 a.m.
Sept. 2: Caron Pettis, 33, 935 S. Blvd., Oak Park, was charged with resisting a peace officer on the 500 block of Princeton Drive following a call to the residence of noise and a possible fight at 11:02 p.m.
Sept. 2: A 2002 Freightliner was taken from the parking lot on Gateway Court between Aug. 31-Sept. 2.
Sept. 2: Officers were called to the 100 block of Seabury Road for the report of criminal damage to property. A screen was cut to a residence window between 2-2:24 a.m.
Sept. 2: Officers responded to the 100 block of S. Bolingbrook Drive for the report of a burglary to motor vehicle. Prescription medication and U.S. currency were taken from the unlocked vehicle between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
Sept. 2: Officers responded to the 400 block of E. Briarcliff Road for the report of criminal damage to property. Unknown offender took several metal letters from the sign between Sept. 1-2.
Sept. 2: A GPS unit and CB radio were taken from a vehicle on the 100 block of S. Joliet Road between Aug. 31-Sept. 2. Loss valued at $500.
Sept. 2: A wallet and cell phone were taken from a shopping cart on the 200 block of S. Bolingbrook Drive between 11-11:30 p.m.
Sept. 2: Officers responded on the 1100 block of W. Boughton Road for the report of a burglary to motor vehicle. A handicapped placard was taken from an unsecured vehicle between 4-4:15 p.m.
