Five Things to Know This Weekend: Sept. 23-25

The Illinois T-Wolves will conduct player evaluations for the Winter Boys' Fifth and Eighth Grade Travel Teams at the .

The fifth-grade player evaluations will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., while the eighth grade player evaluations will take place from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

T-Wolves' basketball teams play a competitive travel winter schedule that may include league and tournament play.

The Bolingbrook Trojans youth football and spirit program will holds its annual Homecoming celebration on Saturday at the Trojan Football field behind the . 

The event lasts from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., with the Powder Puff game kicking off at 6:15 p.m.

The event features food, fun, vendors such as Avon, crafts, watches cookies, gourmet popcorn, smoothies and more.

This event will celebrate the diversity of family.

The evening will include a family movie night following the feast. Participants should bring blankets and chairs and the church will provide the movie and popcorn.

Are you a soccer fan? If so, you'll definitely want to check out the Knights of Columbus Soccer Challenge, which will be held Sunday beginning at 1 p.m. at the Bolingbrook Park District's .
