2. Library Holds Organizing Tips Seminar

The will present "The Top 10 Organizing Problems/Mistakes and How to Solve Them," an event that will focus on how to get organized.

The presentation will go over what the biggest organizing mistakes are and what to do differently in order to become a successful organizer.

3. Tollway Holds Public Hearing on $12 Billion Plan

The Illinois Tollway will host a to present details of the proposed $12 billion, 15-year capital plan, Move Illinois: The Illinois Tollway Driving the Future in Wheaton tonight from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

To pay for the proposed capital plan, 35 cents for I-Pass users at a typical mainline toll plaza, with cash-paying passenger vehicles continuing to pay double the I-Pass rate, according to a Chicago Tribune report.

The plan includes reconstructing the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway (I-90) to link Rockford to O’Hare Airport, a new interchange to connect I-294 to I-57 and a new all-electronic Elgin O’Hare West Bypass that can provide western access the airport. Also included in the plan is funding for planning studies needed for the extension of Illinois Route 53 and the Illiana Expressway.

All of the public hearings will be webcast live on the Tollway's website to provide access for those unable to attend the hearings in person. In addition, the Tollway is soliciting comments on its website and posting video of all public hearings at www.illinoistollway.com.

4. Bolingbrook Park District to Meet Tonight

The Bolingbrook Park District Board of Commissioners will meet for its regularly scheduled board meeting tonight at the Annerino Community Center. 

The meeting begins at 7 p.m. and is open to the public. 

The agenda is light, with only the director's report on the list of items.

5. Farmers Market Tonight at The Promenade

is taking a break from its booth at weekly farmers market, but plenty of vendors will still be on hand to offer their great product.

The market runs from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the parking lot in front of the store.

After the market, head over to , which begins at 7 p.m., where TNT, a 10-piece horn band will perform.
