This week Frugal Family scoured our local sources to come up with great deals on personal care products, food, newspapers, fabric sheets, Dentyne gums, discount on spaying and neutering.
Deal: Have you bought your Green Bag Tag yet? Loop it around any reusable bag and get $1 ExtraCare Buck (ECB) every four times you scan it along with your ExtraCare card. CVS also has a Magic Coupon Center that dispenses in-store coupons when you scan your ExtraCare card. Most CVS stores take CVS in-store coupons 30 days after their expiration date.
Now for the weekly deals: Colgate Sensitive 6 ounce or Total Advanced 5.8 ounce, $3.79. Buy one, get $3.79 in ECBs. Free after ECBs! Listerine Total Care, Zero or Advanced, Reach Total Care floss or toothbrushes two pack, $3.99. Buy one, get $2 in ECBs. 99 cents after ECBs! Speed Stick or Lady Speed Stick (2.3-2.7 ounce), $2.99. Buy one, get $2 ECBs. 99 cents after ECBs! Gain dish detergent, 88 cents. Cocoa or Fruity Pebbles, buy 1 get 1 free, $3.49.

2.Deal: Gain fabric sheets 80 count, $3.26. Use $3 coupon in Red Plum (Feb. 13) and pay only 26 cents. Dentyne Pure single packs, 96 cents. Buy two, use coupon 2/$1 in Smart Source (Feb. 13) and pay 46 cents each! Speed Stick or Lady Speed Stick deodorant, 98 cents.

3. ANDDeal: On Sundays newspapers are half off at Menards and Dollar Tree. Chicago Tribune–with coupon inserts–is sold for only $1. Great deal for coupon holders. This week at Menard's there is also a rebate (#4505) that can save you 11 percent on all of your purchases from Feb. 12-20.

4.Deal: Kids (12 and under) eat free with the purchase of an adult entrée.

5. WILL COUNTY SPAY/NEUTER REBATE PROGRAMDeal: To celebrate National Spay and Neuter Month, Will County residents can get a $40 discount on spaying and neutering their dogs and cats. Call your veterinarian and ask if they offer the promotion. Most veterinarian clinics are participating in the Will County Spay/Neuter Rebate Program. Proof of current rabies vaccination is required.
