Police Blotter: Aggravated Battery, DUI & In-State Warrant Arrests

Police report wallet stolen on Shady Lane and currency swiped on Woodcreek Drive.

The following incidents were reported by the Bolingbrook Police Department and the Will County Sheriff's Office:

Oct. 11: Todd C. Andrews, 50, 268 Plainview, Bolingbrook, was arrested by Bolingbrook police on a charge of aggravated battery. He was transferred to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.

Sept. 29: Joseph Armstrong, 38, 505 Preston Drive, was charged with resisting a peace officer after a call to a business on the 100 block of North Bolingbrook Drive for a loud patron at 11 p.m.

Sept. 29: Erica Jones, 36, 453 Mallview Lane, was charged with an in-state warrant, equipment violation and driving on a suspended license following a traffic stop at Janes Avenue & 83rd Street at 6:51 p.m.

Sept. 29: A wallet was taken from a vehicle parked on the 200 block of Shady Lane between 12:30-1:30 a.m.

Sept. 29: Officers were called to the 306 building of Woodcreek Drive for the report of a theft. U.S. currency was taken from a wallet between 11-11:06 a.m. Loss valued at $100.

Sept. 30: William Heinrich, 26, 268 N. Commonwealth Drive, was charged with improper lane usage, improper turn at intersection and DUI following a traffic stop at Boughton Road & Lindsey Lane at 1:41 a.m.

Sept. 30: David Cruz-Gonzalez, 25, 30 S. Illinois Ave., Villa Park, was charged with no valid driver’s license, no insurance and improper lighting following a traffic stop on the 200 block of South Bolingbrook Drive at 6:54 p.m.
