Police Blotter: Cleaning Supplies Reported Stolen from Business on Territorial Court
Also, police report a 21-year-old man is charged with DUI following a traffic stop on the 500 block of Remington Blvd. and a residential burglary on Bosi Court.
The following incidents were reported by the Bolingbrook Police Department:
Oct. 11: Officers responded to a business on Territorial Court for the report of a theft. Numerous cleaning supplies were taken between Sept. 1-Oct. 11. Loss valued at $1,600.
Oct. 11: Chung Jung, 29, 2053 Blackberry Drive, Geneva, was charged with criminal trespass to property following a call to the 600 block of East Boughton road at 9;53 p.m.
Oct. 11: Officers responded to a business parking lot on the 300 block of Gibraltar Drive for the report of arson between 6:15-6:26 p.m.
Oct. 11: Brandon Werner, 28, 311 Lakeview Circle, was charged with improper backing, driving on a suspended license and DUI following a traffic stop on the 100 block of East Boughton Road at 2:01 a.m.
Oct. 12: Officers responded to Meijer, 755 E. Boughton Road, for the report of a retail theft. The suspect returned stolen merchandise from store credit, walked around the store, concealed merchandise and exited the store without paying; threatened store security when approached and drove off.
Oct. 12: Jared Lloyd, 24, 13223 Millbank Drive, Plainfield, was charged with an equipment violation, possession of drug equipment and possession of cannabis following a traffic stop at Veterans Drive & Ingleside Drive at 11:52 p.m.
Oct. 12: Moncerat Guzman, 21, 11 Kentland Court, Romeoville, was charged with DUI, improper lane usage and failure to reduce speed following a traffic stop on the 500 block of Remington Blvd. at 2:35 a.m.
Oct. 12: Anthony Rice, 26, 322 Woodcreek Drive, was charged with battery following a call to the residence at 5:12 p.m.
Oct. 12: A 1999 blue Volvo semi-tractor was taken from the parking lot on the 900 block of Veterans Pkwy. between Oct. 11-12.
Oct. 12: Officers responded to Bosi Court for the report of a residential burglary. The homeowner discovered a rear door open and several drawers rummaged through between Oct. 10-12.
