Police Blotter: Disorderly Conduct, Battery, Weapon Charge

Disorderly conduct charges

• Ashish Gupta, 39, 1901 Danube Way, was charged with disorderly conduct on the 1200 block of West Briarcliff Road.

• Mario Noble, 27, 646 Sundance Drive, was charged with assault, disorderly conduct, resisting a peace officer and an in-state warrant after officers were called at 2:03 a.m. for a disturbance at Tailgater’s, 431 W. Boughton Road.

Battery arrest

Whitney Leachman, 25, 2335 Red Oak Drive, Santa Rosa, Cailf., was charged with battery at 2:30 a.m. following a call to a business on the 500 block of North Janes Avenue after the report of a disturbance.

Weapon charge

Roberto Cervantes, 20, 256 Edgehill Drive, was charged with unlawful use of weapon, no valid driver’s license, no insurance and speeding following a traffic stop at 3:20 p.m. on the 200 block of Flagstaff Road.
