Police Blotter: Domestic Battery & Aggravated Assault Arrests
Also, police report a residential burglary on Claridge Court results in a loss of items valued at $1,500.
The following incidents were reported by the Bolingbrook Police Department and the Will County Sheriff’s Office:
Dec. 2: Kenneth Smith, 26, 104 Winston, Bolingbrook, was booked on charges of domestic battery, possession of cannabis and a parole violation. He was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.
Nov. 21: Officers were called to the 700 block of Bluebird Drive for the report of a residential burglary. Homeowners discovered the water turned off, a lock placed on garage door and U.S. currency was taken between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Nov. 22: Brandon Stephens, 22, 656 Forest Way, was charged with domestic battery, interfering with reporting, theft and resisting a peace officer at 7:21 p.m.
Nov. 22: Officers were called to Claridge Court for the report of residential burglary. The glass door was smashed out to gain entry. A laptop, (2) iPods, a wallet and sports bag were taken between 9:30 a.m. and 3:23 p.m. Loss valued at $1,500.
Nov. 22: Officers were called to the 500 block of N. Janes Ave. for the report of a theft and burglary to motor vehicle. A wallet, pants and keys were taken from a secured locker. The keys were used to gain entry to vehicle parking lot and a wallet, jacket and credit cards were also taken between 12:48-2 p.m.
Nov. 22: Daniel Harris, 26, 143 Queenswood Drive, was charged with aggravated assault at 9:37 p.m. after a call to the residence for a subject banging on the front door and yelling.
