Police Blotter: Domestic Battery & Report of Shots Fired

Also, police peg value of items taken during panty raid at Victoria's Secret at $1,100.

The following incidents were reported by the Bolingbrook Police Department and the Will County Sheriff’s Office:

Jan. 27: Joshua R. Green, 20, 1486 Somerfield, Bolingbrook, was charged with domestic battery/physical contact, resisting a peace officer and interfering with the report of domestic violence. He was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.

Jan. 15: A spare tire was removed from under a vehicle parked on the 300 block of Marmon Drive between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Jan. 16: Officers responded to Victoria’s Secret, 641 E. Briarcliff Road, fro the report of a retail theft. Three unknown suspects entered the store at 6 p.m., placed numerous clothing items in bags and exited without paying. Loss valued at $1,100.

Jan. 16: Officers responded to the area of Kingsbrooke Crossing for the report of shots fired at 1:56 p.m. The victim was transported to Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital for his/her injuries. The incident is still under investigation.

Jan. 16: Officers were called to Meijer, 755 E. Briarcliff Road, for the report of a retail theft. Subject placed numerous packages of Nicorette gum in a store basket and exited without paying at 8:46 a.m. Loss valued at $522.

Jan. 16: A GPS unit and two wallets were taken from a vehicle on Marywood Lane between midnight and 8 a.m.
