Police Blotter: DUI, Domestic Battery & Criminal Trespass Arrests

TV swiped on Berkeley Drive and 2000 Honda Civic taken from garage on Pamela Drive, according to police reports.

The following property damage, theft, violence and traffic incidents were reported by the Bolingbrook Police Department and Will County Sheriff’s office:

Sept. 18: Richard Tapia, 22, 439 Mallview, Bolingbrook, was arrested by Will County Sheriff’s police on charges of reckless driving and DUI. He was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility. His bail was set at $1,000.

Sept. 18: Lacardar Smith, 32, 365 Gehrig, Bolingbrook, was arrested by Will County Sheriff’s police on charges of reckless driving, DUI and leaving the scene of an incident. He was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.

Sept. 18: Gerardo Lopez, 40, 652 Forest, Bolingbrook, was arrested by Will County Sheriff’s police on charges of domestic battery/physical contact. He was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.

Sept. 7: Delilah Durbin, 20, 248 Edgehill Drive, was charged with two counts of DUI and improper lane usage following a traffic stop at Canterbury Drive and New Castle Drive at 3:41 a.m.

Sept. 7: A wallet was taken from the victim purse at a business on the 100 block of E. Boughton Road between 12:47-12:49 p.m.

Sept. 7: Officers responded to the 1500 block of Clear Drive for the report of criminal damage to property. A windshield was broken to a vehicle in the driveway between Sept. 6-7.

Sept. 7: Officers were called to the 311 block of Berkeley Drive for the report of a residential burglary. A rear patio door was found open and a TV was taken between 4-5 a.m.

Sept. 7: Officers were called to Speedway, 447 N. Bolingbrook Drive, for the report of subjects fighting at 7:06 p.m. Christopher Rodriguez, 26, 5146 Francisco Ave., Downers Grove, was charged with disorderly conduct. Brandon Agunloye, 25, 333 Lancelot Court, was charged with an in-state warrant and disorderly conduct.

Sept. 7: A 2006 Ford trailer was taken from the 200 block of W. North Frontage Road between Sept. 6-7.

Sept. 7: Officers responded to Carters Children’s Wear, 127 S. Weber Road, for the report of retail theft. Unknown suspect took numerous items of merchandise and exited the store without paying at 8:06 p.m. Loss valued at $250.

Sept. 8: Rodereco Dale Jr., 20, 318 Charlestown Drive, was charged with an in-state warrant in Lot M of Beaconridge Drive at 2:34 a.m.

Sept. 8: Orlando Romo-Villegas, 20, 181 Brandon Court, was charged with DUI, speeding and improper lane usage following a traffic stop at Boughton Road & Indian Boundary at 2:31 a.m.

Sept. 8: Harry Coulombe, 58, was charged with criminal trespass to property on the 100 block of S. Bolingbrook Drive at 8:15 a.m.

Sept. 8: Quitman Johnson, 18, 317 Lancelot Court, was charged with criminal trespass to property on the 200 block of N. Bolingbrook Drive at 6:54 p.m.

Sept. 8: Officers responded to the 200 block of Pamela Drive for the report of criminal trespass to motor vehicle. The suspect entered the victim’s garage, took the keys and drove off in a 2000 Honda Civic between 3-3:30 p.m.

Sept. 8: Dusty Alexander, 40, 413 Delaware Circle, was charged with an in-state warrant on the 300 block of S. Schmidt Road at 2:48 p.m.

Sept. 9: Nikkisha Joshua, 41, 573 S. Vermillion Drive, Gary, Ind., was charged with resisting a peace officer and assault on the 200 block of Remington Blvd. at 1:48 a.m.

Sept. 9: A side window was broke on a vehicle parked on the 600 block of E. Boughton Road between Sept. 8-9.

Sept. 9: Officers were called to Meijer, 755 E. Boughton Road, for the report of retail theft. Unknown offenders placed several bottles of liquor in a backpack and exited the store without paying. Loss valued at $208.
