Police Blotter: DUI, Parole Violation & Warrant Arrests

Also, police report a 22-year-old woman is charged in a retail theft incident at Meijer.

The following incidents were reported by the Bolingbrook Police Department and the Will County Sheriff’s Office:

Oct. 29: Jose Miguel Quintero, 25, 200 Harwood, Bolingbrook, was booked on a parole violation. He was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.

Oct. 18: Isabel Gomez, 54, 18 S. Raynor Ave., Joliet, was charged with an in-state warrant, driving on a suspended license and disobeying a police officer following a traffic stop on the 800 block of Remington Blvd. at 7:49 a.m.

Oct. 18: Michael Martin, 38, 907 Wescott Road, was charged with no insurance, DUI, improper lane usage and improper turn at intersection following a traffic stop at Bolingbrook Drive & Concord Lane at 2:16 a.m.

Oct. 18: Bianca Sharp, 24, 260 Plainview Drive, was charged with an in-state warrant, failure to signal and no valid driver’s license following a traffic stop at Lily Cache Lane & Plainview Drive at 7:31 p.m.

Oct. 18: Robin Johnson, 22, 360 Stonegate Road, was charged with retail theft at Meijer, 755 E. Boughton Road, at 7:48 p.m.

Oct. 18: A cellphone was taken from a table at a business on the 600 block of E. Boughton Road between 7-8 p.m. Loss valued at $500.

Oct. 19: Officers were called to the 200 block of South Bolingbrook Drive for the report of an attempted theft of vehicle. An unknown subject got in the vehicle while the victim was pumping gas at 7:07 a.m.

Oct. 19: A 2012 Wabash trailer was taken from a parking lot on the 1000 block of Windham Pkwy. between Sept. 24-Oct. 19.

Oct. 19: Ronald Buckner, 25, 325 Ozark Drive, was charged with assault after a call to the 300 block of North Schmidt Road at 4:17 p.m.

Oct. 19: Christian Mendoza, 33, 411 Providence Court, was charged with resisting a peace officer, possession of alcohol and disorderly conduct following a call to the 300 block of Rockhurst Road of a suspicious subject near the victim’s vehicle at 9 p.m.

Oct. 19: A cellphone was taken from the victim’s purse while shopping on the 200 block of South Bolingbrook Drive between 2-3:15 p.m.

Oct. 19: A gym bag, E-Reader and pair of gym shoes were taken from an unsecured vehicle on the 800 block of Bluestem Drive between Oct. 18-19. Loss valued at $260.

Oct. 19: Officers responded to the 400 block of Galahad Road for the report of a burglary to motor vehicle. A rear window was broken and a laptop was taken between 1-3:32 a.m. Loss valued at $50.

Oct. 19: Victoria Squire, 25, 7234 Park Ave., Summit, was charged with an equipment violation, driving on a suspended license, no insurance and an in-state warrant following a traffic stop on the 200 block of South Bolingbrook Drive at 10:26 p.m.

Oct. 19: Osmar Ruiz, 27, 234 S. Cranberry Lane, was charged with an in-state warrant on the 400 block of Devonshire Drive at 7:50 a.m.

Oct. 19: Randall Miller, 25, 218 Eagle Court, was charged with an in-state warrant at 1:35 a.m.

Oct. 19: Matthew Carver, 21, 216 Malibu Drive, was charged with DUI and driving without lights following a traffic stop at Nassau Avenue & Pinecrest Road at 3:24 a.m.
