"Finally tried Eggs, Inc. for breakfast yesterday with my son and brother. They both ordered standard fare ... eggs, potatoes and toast... and I had a skillet with pancakes. The food came out hot and perfectly cooked and the pancakes were light and fluffy and delicious. Steven was our server and he was polite and attentive without being overbearing. He was there to fill our coffee cups and ask us if we needed anything just at the right moments. We met Gus, the owner, and he too was friendly and pleasant. I plan to take my husband there over the weekend and I will be adventurous and try one of the more elaborate dishes on their extensive menu. I look forward to their success and many more meals there." , commenting on
