Senior Star at Weber Place Hosts Kick-Off Event for the Walk to End Alzheimer's® Joliet

The event will include a Cinco de Mayo themed taco party with an informative discussion led by Mickey Peterson, manager of special events for the Alzheimer’s Association, Greater Illinois Chapter, about the upcoming Walk to End Alzheimer’s® Joliet scheduled for September 27 at Rock Run Forest Preserve.

Attendees will be served a build-your-own taco bar and refreshments.  The event is free of charge for residents and a donation of $15 is requested from family, friends and the general public of which $10 will go toward the Walk.  Please RSVP by calling 815.439.9955 by May 2.
