'Best Buddies' Brush a Stroke of Color on Mural that Will Hang at Bolingbrook High School
Completed artwork will hang on the wall of the first landing in the D Wing stairway.
Some "Best Buddies" are brightening up the walls at Bolingbrook High School with some new artwork.
Alyssa Gonzalez, Traven Herndon and Xavier Pina were photographed putting the finishing touches on a portion of a huge mural painted by members of the Bolingbrook High School Best Buddies program, according to a Valley View School District news release.
The Bolingbrook Sherwin-Williams paint store chipped with supplies for the project and art students and staff members joined the "Best Buddies" in putting together the mural.
School district officials said the mural will hang on the wall of the first landing in the D Wing stairway at Bolingbrook High School.
