Breakfast Fundraiser at LongHorn to Benefit Cheerleaders

Valley View School District 365U issued this news release:

The Brooks Middle School cheerleading program is planning two fundraisers in the next few weeks starting with a Ranchers Breakfast at LongHorn Steakhouse in Bolingbrook this Saturday, Nov. 16.

Saturday’s breakfast, which runs from 8 to 10 a.m., will include either steak and eggs or a plate of pancakes for $5. Tickets are available through cheerleaders or at the door. A basket raffle and 50/50 raffles are planned.

LongHorn Steakhouse is located at 708 Janes.

The cheerleaders are also sponsoring a Cherry Berry Afternoon from 2 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23. As long as customers mention Brooks, 15 percent of all sales will go to the squad. Cherry Berry is located at 1242 W. Boughton.
