On February 19, 2014, the Kinetic Dance Company, a nonprofit organization, held a fundraiser to benefit The American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life Bolingbrook. The fundraiser was located at bd Mongolian Grill at the Bolingbrook Promenade. Many of the dance company’s Dads, Moms, and Teachers were “guest grillers” at the restaurant. Throughout this fun event, the guest griller’s earned $115 in tips that will go directly to the ACS. In addition, bd's donated $3 for every patron that came for the “guest KDC griller” for a total of almost $300.
The Kinetic Dance Company will be holding more events that will benefit the American Cancer Society throughout the spring.
