Photo Gallery: Bolingbrook Pays Tribute To Local Veterans

Local ceremony recognizes a legacy of service.

Dozens of Bolingbrook residents helped commemorate Veterans Day by attending the village's annual Veterans Day Memorial service.

The moving remembrance featured a number of tributes, recognizing the unfaltering commitment made by men and women in uniform who have proudly upheld the founding fathers' vision of democracy, equality and freedom for all.

The Bolingbrook community also mourns the passing of World War II veteran Jack Flanagan, who passed away at the end of October.
