Bolingbrook Gives Thanks: Readers Share The Reasons They're Thankful This Year

It's Thanksgiving, and you know what that means: Time to take stock of the good things in your life.

Thanksgiving is here!

Truth be told, times are still tough for a lot of people. The economy is still shaky, and a lot of people are struggling to make ends meet (including some of us lucky enough to be employed).

But Bolingbrook clearly still has plenty of reasons to give thanks; here's what some of you had to say on the Bolingbrook Patch Facebook page:

Deb L.: My kids for sure, also my family, my job and health:)

Ken S.: for my life, the good and the bad

Katharine F.: My family and friends!

Charlene C.: Thankful for all I learned in Bolingbrook, all the great developers ....and yes the vision of the Mayor ....The Claar family rocks...

Michelle B.: I'm thankful for my family and friends!!!

Courtnery O.: Thankful for a roof over my head, a loving hardworking husband, a happy toddler, and for the baby due next April!

Tara P.: I am thankful for the roof over my head, my friends and family and my health...

What are you thankful for this year?

So what about your Bolingbrook Patch editor? It's been a year of change, and I'm thankful for a beautiful June wedding, my amazing husband and my family. I'm thankful for a roof over our heads, food to eat and money to pay our bills, both our jobs, health insurance and our health.

What are you thankful for this year? Share your thoughts in the comments.
