Again I ask, where are they? They could be writing multiple tickets at night on the 100 block of Malibu, but they are not. Even day shift, after 7am, take a drive instead of playing video games....
Cars completely blocking sidewalks (mostly because of multiple families in 1 house) cars running stop signs without a care in the world. The weather is nice now. Kids are playing. Lets do something before one of them gets hurt.
