BYBL up to more nonsense

BYBL has board elections in about 3 weeks. They just created a new position. Think they could wait for the election to fill the position? NO! The president and Vice President go ahead and fill it. Why not just wait until the election and nominate someone and let the community vote on it? Because they want to stack the deck like always. This board is so dysfunctional and out of control. It has become the laughing stock of the area's programs. Paul and Kevin, do us a favor and step down.
