David B. Fiolka age 56 of Bolingbrook passed away July 5, 2014.  Visitation will be Friday, July 11, 2014 from 3:00PM-8:00PM at the funeral chapel.  Funeral will be Saturday, July 12, 2014 at Divine Shepherd Lutheran Church 985 Lily Cache Lane Bolingbrook, IL, US, 60440 at 11:00AM.  Interment will be private at Concordia Cemetery Forrest Park, IL.
