Green Light Delay

Hi - Do we know if Bolingbrook is aware of the light that is very much on a delay from red to green at the Lindsey Lane-Boughton intersection? It is the one on the south side of Boughton Rd. There have been times where we have sat there for 5 minutes. It's been a few times...I hope it's something that can be easily fixed.
